SpaceInvader has completed the interior design of Stockroom, a £14.5m cultural hub in the heart of Stockport Town Centre. Designed in partnership with Stockport Council, the project transforms a disused retail unit into an inclusive, multi-purpose space that brings together learning, creativity, heritage, and community. The interior design supports civic regeneration, boosts town centre footfall, and creates a vibrant new destination for all.

Our fit-out for Overbury at Chancery Place, Manchester has won Workplace Fit-out of the Year at the Insider North West Property Awards. Described by judges as “visually stunning” with “a strong design and clear identity”, the project showcases bold thinking, clear intent, and collaborative execution.

SpaceInvader has been named a finalist in three categories at the Mix Awards 2025, recognising the studio’s commitment to innovative, sustainable and impactful commercial interior design.
