A Landmark for Manchester Designing Europe’s Largest Hampton by Hilton

Manchester’s skyline is shifting and SpaceInvader is shaping part of that transformation.

With Hilton confirming a major expansion in the city, the upcoming Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre at 325 Deansgate is set to become the largest Hampton by Hilton in Europe. Rising 22 storeys with over 350 rooms, the new hotel represents a bold addition to the city’s hospitality scene and a project that brings together scale, clarity and a true sense of place.

SpaceInvader has been appointed to design the interiors in close collaboration with Assured CMS and Dean Street Developments. Our approach is grounded in Hilton’s global hospitality standards while celebrating Manchester’s industrial heritage, energy and evolution. Expect refined finishes, warm materials, and considered local references that root the guest experience in its urban context.

This is hospitality design that balances comfort and craft. At its core, the project is about welcoming guests into a space that feels connected both to the Hilton brand and to the city it calls home.
