Spotted on 11 York Street – some CGIs of our scheme, completing later this year. The concept for the space is the ‘forgotten garden’ - this is executed not just in the addition of a roof terrace but within the interior scheme through the use of irregular forms, natural materiality and changes in levels to mimic the natural landscape.

The value of experience plays an important role in the scheme, this translates both through the creation of a mix of different agile spaces and through the emphasis on service.
