SpaceInvader’s first employee promoted to Associate Director

Sarah Dodsworth, our first ever interior designer, has been promoted to Associate Director and will head up our new interior design office in Leeds.

Back in 2010, Sarah was the first employee we hired. Since then she has worked on a wide range of key projects for our clients including projects for Astra Zeneca, CEG and leading ongoing work with Zenith at Kirkstall Forge.

Sarah said: "As a Yorkshire native, I’m keen to take ownership of our new office in Leeds and represent the business in the region.

"I will be working on building on the brilliant work that SpaceInvader has already delivered in Leeds. Another focus for me will be offering new opportunities to talented graduates in the city – one of which has already joined us from Leeds Beckett University."

John Williams, Managing Director at SpaceInvader, added: "We have seen Sarah develop as part of the business for years and promoting her is a very satisfying moment for the whole team.

"The fact that our very first employee is now going to be heading up the new office in Leeds is a great success story for her and the company. It is also testament to our company culture and the progress that we have made over the past eight years.

"At SpaceInvader we aspire to be the best at what we do. This applies to the work that we produce, the clients that we attract and the talent that we nurture. As we continue to grow, Sarah’s expertise in delivering creative and research driven projects for our clients, combined with her broad knowledge of the business, will be a valuable asset for the whole team."
