Our Leeds interior design studio has secured a contract to design 23,000 sq ft worth of new hospitality suites at the iconic Emerald Headingley Stadium.
The contract will see the team design the stadium’s new 500-capacity hospitality suite, including bars, boxes and a corporate reception. The design will create suites with panoramic views across both the cricket and rugby grounds with the ability to reconfigure the space to cater for conferences and events including weddings to rivals those in the city centre.
Emerald Headingley Stadium, which is home to the Leeds Rhinos Rugby League, Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Union clubs and Yorkshire County Cricket Club, has commissioned us to deliver the interiors in preparation for England and Wales hosting the ICC cricket world cup and the Ashes in 2019.
Sarah Dodsworth, Associate Director and Head of SpaceInvader in Leeds, said: “We’re thrilled to have been appointed to redesign one of the city’s most iconic venues after opening our office here just 12 months ago.”
