Held at Manchester Central on the 5th December, the Mixology North19 Awards will celebrate the very best of the projects, products and people in the commercial interiors industry.

We are proud to announce that we are shortlisted for two project awards:

Shortlisted project: Commercial Office Interior
Category: Commercial Interiors Project of the Year
Client: Bauhaus, Quay Street

In the heart of Manchester, Bauhaus is an impressive Grade A office building providing creative, functional space for modern working.

The brief was to create a sophisticated, high-end office space that incorporated a co-working lounge with informal meeting spaces and private work areas in a way which inspires productivity and wellbeing.

The refurbishment of Bauhaus on Quay Street was an opportunity for SpaceInvader to apply the knowledge & understanding of Well Standards to a CAT A project – the first in the UK.
