Zenith Vehicle Contracts showcases the flagship office development at Kirkstall Forge in Leeds, lauded as a benchmark in design, quality, flexibility and efficiency in commercial workspace in Yorkshire.

The new space is over the top three floors of the development and includes spectacular roof level meeting rooms.

The partnership with CEG, Fox Lloyd Jones, SpaceInvader Design, BSAP and Ardmac optimised project design, offered solutions to design-related challenges whilst providing the expertise to optimize building systems – giving Zenith an innovative home that embodies a workspace that engages, inspires and will stand the test of time. A dynamic, bold conceptual language and visual interpretation has been woven throughout the design and are manifested through a clever use of feature lighting.

Dynamic angled light details are a consistent thread that give a sense of navigation tool, whilst uniting the neighbourhood work spaces to key destination points and facilities on each floor plate. These features portray the fluidity, pace and energy of the business.

The new work space assists in propelling Zenith forward with modern and new ways of working all of which will support the forward-thinking nature of the business, enabling teams to work smarter and more efficiently now and in the future.

The four-floor office design creates an inspiring, agile working environment and will attract and retain the region’s best talent. It reflects the area’s historical fortitude whilst bringing the most modern technologies in workspace solutions. The scheme feature running and cycle routes to help employees stay fit and encourage more car-free journeys.

Zenith aims to lead the industry with its new low carbon headquarters. The new 45,000 sq ft offices will enhance the company’s environmental credentials. The building is designed to a BREEAM excellent rating and is working toward a low or zero carbon rating. Solar panels are installed on the roof and an innovative energy strategy used. The offices have attracted recognition with a host of awards including ‘Game Changer of the Year’ and ‘Deal of the Year’ at the Yorkshire Property Awards.
