Status: Completed 2019
Sector: CAT B
Client: Muse Developments
As a big name within the fit out industry and with more than 30 years experience delivering high quality developments, Muse’s new HQ on the banks of the river needed to be no different and reflect these core values. It was important to create quality, substance, innovation and adaptability throughout their new home.
Taking inspiration from the context and location of the building, a concept was derived from ‘the river’. Using the natural landscape in particular the movement of water, strata and layers of the earth and stormy / rain filled skies of Manchester.
Ensuring the space worked hard to provide a flexible working environment by being adaptable at a human level (through a largely furniture based open plan environment), with working methods challenged through a variety of settings, spaces and atmospheres to suit all staff individual needs.
