In the press – WILDES Chester

SpaceInvader designed an interior scheme with accompanying CGI visuals for boutique hotel WILDES Chester, located in a Grade-II listed building in The Rows, Chester’s famous historical centre. The CGIs were shortlisted in the CGI & Visualisation category at the SBID awards and the project has been mentioned in the press on multiple occasions over recent weeks.

The scope was to create an opulent interior design scheme and visuals for en-suite bedrooms – one of which included a cinema room mezzanine; lobby area, bar and restaurant, spa and private dining room. Details of the Victorian architecture were modelled to add to the realism, and being a luxurious scheme, getting the lighting and textures right was key to create the desired atmosphere.

“Playful, hidden quirks and memorable styling will feature throughout. This will definitely be an Instagramm-able venue when it completes and opens, with any number of details visitors will notice over multiple visits!”

Izzy Eling, Senior Interior Designer
