Award Win Workplace Fit-out of the Year for Overbury, Chancery Place

We’re proud to share that our fit-out for Overbury at Chancery Place, Manchester has been named Workplace Fit-out of the Year at the Insider North West Property Awards.

Held at Manchester Central the event brought together the region’s leading voices in commercial property to celebrate excellence across projects, people, and practice.

The judging panel described the fit-out as “visually stunning” with “a strong design and clear identity”, a reflection of our focus on delivering spaces that are both beautifully executed and strategically aligned with client goals.

The Overbury Chancery Place workspace was designed to express both clarity and confidence. From spatial planning to materiality, every element was intended to support a dynamic, modern way of working while making a statement about brand and culture. It's a fit-out that balances high performance with a strong sense of place.

We couldn’t have done it alone. This project was brought to life through a seamless collaboration with Overbury and a brilliant network of suppliers, including Light Forms Ltd, Elite AV and Autex Acoustics UK & EU.

And of course, the entire SpaceInvader team who continue to push what’s possible in workplace design.
